510 attys not fitting Prodigy and battery ?

The batteries for the Prodigy are charging. Even though the light on charger is green they don't seem to be charged. I only have had them on there for few hours. Hopefully, green light is this just because they are new?

I'm concerned because none of my 510 atomizers are fitting on the Prodigy. I just ordered a new bunch. I saw one post on it but not much info there. I'm a little worried here.

I feel a tad stupid. I did get an atty on there, whew. It's not suppose to screw all the way down correct? I don't want to force it. I'll try it when the batteries are charged, even though they look like they are done.

On my Prodigy it is normal for the to show a thread or two when installed. I normally just check to see that there isn't too much lateral movement. (side to side)

What batteries are you using?

A green light should indicate a full charge. Do you have a multimeter?
Have you successfully used the prodigy before, with other attys?

I just received it today. The light turned green pretty quick. But 2 different atomizers and nothing. I thought maybe since they are brand new to let it go longer. I tried it again and nothing.
Also I received 2 screws a couple washers and have no idea what they would be used for. I forgot to mention that part. I do not have a multimeter.

Does the plunger have resistance? The spring just sits in the mod and is notorious for falling out during a battery swap. unscrew the switch side (bottom) and make sure the spring is seated in the race in the plastic piece.

The spring is on the switch appears to be on there fine. I guess I better write them Bummer, I couldn't wait. The Atomizer they sent is great

Some batteries vary in size. the Screw may not be contacting the bottom of the battery.
unscrew the brass screw and add a washer under the screw.

When I got my Icon I had to actually remove a washer for my batts to fit.

I put a washer under screw and then there was no give with the button. I'll try it again. I was looking so forward to this. I hope it works and I don't have to go through sending it back and waiting. Oh well. It's always Murphy's law for me with the e cigarettes.

Ok well you eliminated that. Button on the battery faceing up?
Well, dont give up, the prodigy is nomally quite a bullet proof device.
It does sound like an atty contact issue.

I used a different screw they provided and it works.

Learning curves An easy fix. Prodigy is awesome. Besides the vapor production, the same juice used in my other pv now has a better and much smoother flavor. Very good th but doesn't get too harsh. I was worried about liking bottom button but it's actually much better. Thanks for such fast shipping and the wonderful customer service!
