The battery extension is about 7/8 of an inch long. It is perfect for your MAP tank on a rough stack. Some people might think it looks a little bit funny, but it is completely functional.

The Shorty 510/510 modders connector works, too... but it is a little bit short and makes it hard to use the button.

I like my MAP tanks quite a bit and have recently been getting my XL CE2's for replacements from madvapes. In fact, I've had some really good luck with the ones I bought from them. So far, all of them I have cut have wicked perfectly and operated at the advertised ohms. There are several other tank solutions besides the MAP these days so availability of similar devices is higher than it ever has been. But, if they come up with a tank, I'll buy it.

I should clarify on length so you're not surprised when you get one. Installed, it provides 7/8 inch clearance. The black portion is 7/8. Including the threads, it's about an inch and 1/8.

My favorite juices for my MAP tanks actually all come from madvapes. I have favorite juices for dripping and favorite juices for the dual coil cartos - favorites for ego mega attys and favorites for for the ego-t. But my go to stuff for the MAP is one of three things. 1) Top Vapor Root Beer (but my last bottle wasn't nearly as good as the first two... so I still have 30 or so ml of that just sitting to see if steeping will straighten it out). My next favorite is something I mix myself out of two TopVapor Juices. I go 3 parts mandarin orange to 1 part spearmint. It reminds me of some mint/citrus hooka tobacco I had one night with a Kurdish dude far, far away from here. - And, finally Banana Waffle. I go 3 parts banana to 1 part waffle. It's smooth and the waffle still tastes like waffle but the banana shines and really comes to life.

I reserve my Bobas just for dripping a 510 period. I don't put it in any other system, not even my bottom feeder. It's my before-bed vape. I do three drip sessions with a good 510 atty on my Rough Stack to wind down the last half hour of my day before going to get some shut-eye.

I'm not fond of any tobacco flavor from my MAP tanks. I like the tobacco to be thick, dense, and warm. The MAP makes a nice cloud of vapor, but it's cool vapor and even though there is a cloud - well, it isn't dense. Fluffy is the word that comes to mind about the vapor coming from a MAP tank. I like it for sweeter flavors and mint juices.

Mandarin & spearmint sounds delicious! My current all day is a 50/50 mix of VaporBomb Kahlua & AVE Massive Chocolate Mint (I'm out of Bobas & Gorilla). Bed time is 0mg AVE Hype. What pg/vg mix do you find wicks best in the tanks? Also, what ohm do you use for what? I'm pretty new to all this & looking for the perfect combo(s). My setup (until I get the battery extension for my roughstack) is a BB with 2.4 or 2.8 ohm MAP & stainless tip.

Thinner juices wick better. And, that's one of the things I like about TopVapor for MAP tanks. According to something Hoogie said a few weeks ago, the TopVapor juices are 70 to 80% VG - and their flavorings are alcohol based so that thins the juice quite a bit.

I like the 2.4 ohm CE2's for my regulated eGo batteries at 3.2v. I like the 2.8 ohm CE2's on my 3.7v mods. I don't vape my tanks at high voltage, so I've never tried the 3.2 ohm.
