Agreed. Green means go, no matter how long it takes to turn. Most Li batts are mostly charged on delivery, and should only a little while to fully charge. The info printed has been discussed here, and it seems it might have been info left unchanged from when the batts were different, or they were uncharged initially and required a longer initial charge time. Not anymore. green means go.

Another thing to watch though is what should be happening when your batt is out of power. The LED should blink many times (about 20 I think). When screwing it into the charger, the batt LED should blink 5 times (maybe 4, its fast), and the charger light should go red and then blink slightly every 5 seconds until the batt is charged and it goes green.

Sometimes, however, a little juice will get on the batt terminal and keep connection from being made to the charger terminal. If this happens the batt LED will not blink 5 times, and the red charger light won't either, and the batt is not charging, just sitting. Clean off the terminals, and try again, making sure you get the batt LED to blink 5 times. With older batts, it might take a few cleanings to get the connection made.
