It may shorten the life of your battery, but mainly because you will have to charge it more often. If you had to charge it once a day before, now you may have to charge it three times every two days. The batteries are made to last 500 charges (or whatever). So you may have to replace the battery a couple months earlier.

This is my only complaint with the duals. The flavor rocks in them, the hit is good the vapor is awesome...but I'm a heavy vaper and I hate changing batts all day long....and they force me to do that. I had one that drained 880mAh battery in 3 hours.

An 880mAh in 3 hours! Wow, you do vape too much. lol. I have a 1100mAh SLB kGo that lasts all day with these. My son uses a RIVA and gets 6+ hours (750mAh). We both have been using the 1.25 ohm duals from hoosier.

I have been using my Gorilla Juice dual for one month, and it is starting to lose TH. Vapor and taste are still there. I am going to put my Gorilla into a new dual and see if it hits better. Will let y'all know.

edit: OK, after 54 drops, and blowing one precious drop into a paper towel, I hooked up a new dual coil carto of Gorilla Juice. Put the old one on a fresh 1100mAh battery running 3.7+ volts. Good flavor, very little TH, nice vapor. Change to the new dual running same batch of 24 mg Gorilla Juice, same battery. The flavor is less blended. I can pick out the different flavors, feels more intense, large improvement. The TH is much better. Vapor about the same.

Conclusion, even if I can get one month out of these duals, I will change them out every one or two weeks (depending on usage). Now off to change out my Applewood...

I got me some samples today, and so far Im not super impressed. They do run a bit cooler than boges, but everything else seems similar, maybe a little more vapor, but feels more airy also. This is only after a few hours use, but if I get a 2 week run life outta them, then THAT will be and improvement, vs the 4 days I get from boges before I want a new one. Guess Ill post again in a week or so after some trial and error.
But no filings or particles in this first one. Maybe B just got a lucky carto. We all get a dud from time to time anyhow. Its to be expected.
Time to go back to vaping the breaks off this lil' ditty. ;)

I received my first dual coil cartos yesterday. I have them in black. So far I love the one I've been using. I have it on my eGo passthrough.

The taste right off the bat was dead on and the vapor is great. It took me a while to get used to the heat (haven't used lr cartos in a long time) and I think I might have to cut back on my nic as I am getting a bit lightheaded. Before this I was using Boge regular and the initial taste of them was odd until broken in. Then after a couple of days or so I'd have to toss them because the draw gets so bad that it feels like I'll suck out my brains! I've tried washing them but they would never fluff up for me. Even if I get a week out of these dual coils I'd be very happy. :)

BTW...I initially filled mine from the battery end using the condom method, blew it, then added more from the top. Then blew that out. I use a drip tip and drip in 3 or 4 drops after every 15 minutes or so.

I'm sorry if this has been answered before but do these run fine on a standard 510 battery? I usually buy the BOGE standard cartos but I saw a couple pages of raving and am intrigued. Also, do they fill the same way with the cap that you pop off of the top and just fill directly in?

They will run yes, but I do not suggest it. high possibility it will kill your battery

I just stumbled upon this thread, great info on prices for Dual Coil cartos, thank you. I haven't found any deals to beat the 5 for $9 of Esmokeclub, but here are a couple others that have good prices also:
https://www.ivape.net/shop/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=208&category_id=26&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=54 5 for 9.45
Dual Coil Heavy Vapor (DCHV) Clear 510 compatible mega cartomizers 5 clear tubes for 9.95.
This last site, Vapor Kings, has great deals on bulk 901 atomizers also: DSE901 Mini electronic cigarette 10-pack of black atomizers 10 901 atomizers for 36.95.

I just got in some Dual Coils and so far I love them. Using my Provari I have found my sweet spot at about 4.2 Volts. The vapor is unreal and the flavor is only a little below dripping on a DSE 901 at 5 Volts (dripping on a 901 is the best setup for maximum flavor that I have found so far).

I put some 12 mg BWB Malty Toffee in the Dual Coil and promptly vaped myself into a major nicotine headache. Its been a while since I have done that with 12mg juice. I have to say these Dual Coils look like a big win for me.

Crystal Clear Vaping has dual coil regular resistance cartos. They are recommended for 3.7 - 6 volt vaping. I got one today to try it out, and it is fantastic! I am using it on a Riva battery.

Also thanks for the info on this site, they have the best deals I have ever seen on LR Boge cartos. These have been my go to cartos up to now, but I don't know if that is going to be true in the future, the Dual Coils are pretty impressive.
