It was my understanding Totally Wicked is the only company in the US licensed to resell mega batteries. If another company is selling them, I would question if they are genuine Joye or knockoffs. Perhaps this is no longer the case.

I use the megas from Totally Wicked and they are great!
I know Jason at Electronicstix sells only genuine Joye and had to work pretty hard to get ahold of his Megas. Don't know about the licensing.
In the details they look identical to the Joye510 batts I have (except, of course, for the length and life).

Both heaven-gifts and healthcabin have those, too. Of course, you'd have to order in China.

The megas have 280mAh, as opposed to the normal batteries, which have 180mAh. I also find the megas easier to handle than the short ones; but, as has been pointed out, they don't fit into a PCC, or rather, they only fit into the brand new mega-PCC.

And those are NOT Joye batteries.... FYI.

Concur. Strictly eJuice mega bats are not Joye brand name bats - they indicate these bats are not made by Joye very clearly on their web site description.

I just got two of the manual bats from SJ late last week. One of the mega bats stuck on me and burned out a brand new atty. Not sure if that is more a problem related to the manual bats or if it is related to the knock off brand. I am new to manual bats and mega bats.

They definitely hold a charge much longer than the standard bats. They are longer and therefore heavier too, which takes a little getting used to.

I bought a 5-pack mega batts and 5-way charger from TW. They do last much longer than a regular 510 batt, which isnt saying much. My experience has been that a regular 510 batt will last 3-4 hours if you only use it a couple times an hour like a real cigarette. If you are straight vaping away at home then if you get an hour you are lucky.

With the mega batts with limited usage it could last all day. However if you are vaping hard and fast just like with the regular battery, you might get 2 hours out of it. I have had mine for about 2 months and they are already starting to lose power and ability to hold charge. I do use them exclusively however, and I put them through the ropes.

Hope this helps, pm me if you want more info on my experience :)

Are these the real deal though? anyone have any experience with them?

I emailed the supplier and he said they were made by trexa or something like that. I could tell they werenet real by looking at the white battery with the white button as the joye mega's only have black buttons.

They were around $14 a piece when buying a pack of 5 when TW had their 30% off sale. Total work horses. I'm rotating 4 now throughout the day, and never had a single problem with them. Too expensive without discount, but completely worth buying a bunch when on sale. And yes, they are just about 85% longer lasting than the reg batts.
