510 pcc works great ! as long as you have 2 full ecigs handy, one to charge while smoking the other, no probs at all. Friend has the same and has no probs. Shorter battery is common, just have to paste in a piece of something in the lid to push down the e-cig down more - done it no prob. Used a chip of wood, glued it with superglue.

Great little item the only complaint is that when you are not vaping the ecig your using does not fit in the case.

Good point. When I do the mod to the one Janty case I have that doesn't have a manual slot - I may just take one of the other slots out to fit a battery. I don't need an 'extra' cart/atty space...

I was all ready to break out the Dremel moto-tool, after seeing the mod needed on some of the 510 PCCs. I figured it would be handy, so I was ready to do a little modding.

However, I just got mine (I picked it up from Innovapor - Great supplier!), It was purpose built for the manual batteries! The holder is already notched and it fits perfectly. :thumb:

The PCC comes in handier than I thought already - Out and about, I rarely have access to a USB port, so this a battery handy. I only wish that it was a bit wider to hold a second battery or 2nd battery and atty. Although the slimness is kinda nice too.

It has 3 lights on it to tell you what it's doing and what it wants. Because I'm a simple creature, I keep the instructions handy when red lights come on or blink - Then divine exactly what it wants from me from them.

I haven't cracked it open yet, but I assume the battery inside is some sort of Lipoly - I'll let you know after I do some investigation.

Overall - Definitely worth it.

Great little item the only complaint is that when you are not vaping the ecig your using does not fit in the case. Otherwise the PCC works great especially when traveling start with 2 full batts. and charge five times off the PCC = 7 full batteries!!!
Kinda contradictory
Battery's don't fit in?
Otherwise great device?

Meaning the entire 510 (battery with aty attached) won't fit in it. Would be nice to just take it out and smoke it without having to put it together. I'd like to see one with a place for a little 3ml bottle to fit into it.

Mine has a notch in the case for the Manual Batts as well. No mod needed. And you can actually hold 2 carts, 1 batt, 1 atty + cart for a total of 3 carts, not 2. Also, I purchased a Car Lighter Adapter and Wall Charger that is USB compatible and bought 2 extra USB cables.

That was, if I stay at a hotel or something, and they don't have a USB port, I can still charge the PCC via wall outlet. And on long drives, I can charge the PCC case in the car. I got all my stuff sans the extra USB cables from RUYANDIRECT for a really cheap price. I got the USB cables from MONOPRICE for like 1.25 each or something. In total, I got all the accessories for my PCC (under $10). And BTW, the PCC at RUYANDIRECT is the one that has a notch for the MAN batt with no mods. It's really cheap there, too.
