510 vs 901

i've got 2 510's and 2 901's so far just tried the 2 510's and one 901 and my findings are that the 510's kick the living crap out of the 901.

is this generally true across the board? seems the 901 is a harder draw too.

on top of that the 510 batt's are lasting much longer than the 901. i thought it would be the other way around since the 901 batt looks a little bigger.

maybe i'm doing something wrong with the 901 but right now i'm having feelings of giving up on the 901.

the 510's are manual and the 901 is an auto if that makes a diff.

Do you have a manual battery for the 901 or is it an auto? It makes a significant difference.

maybe i'm doing something wrong. i've spent the whole charge (after charging 8hrs) on the 901 and haven't gotten it to come to life (like my 510's) the batt is an auto. i've got the lipton tea bag in the cart. what else can i do to supercharge this thing?

the battery on a 901 lasts 2 hours for me 510 is like an hour if that. Something definitely isn't right, maybe you got a bad battery, or bad batteries. Almost everyone on the forum will agree a 901 battery will out last a 510 battery any day of the week.

Hi, Could you direct me to a place/site etc where I could find both models?
After using a super mini, then a Nicocig I kinda lost faith in E-Cigs.
But after reading again on this site, it seems Maybe trying one of these will restore my faith in E-Cigs again.
I've still got well over 70 carts unused left from the mini's, they seem to fit the 901 looking by a few videos, I guess I would need to invest in good E-juice for these models too?..
I'm hoping there is a good Place or site/s in the UK? To make things easier.
I really need to get off the real thing, Due to health reasons, and Good E-Cigs will at least help me, if anything they have to be better than smoking real tobacco.
I just need a good E Cig, the Nicocig I found terrible, hardle no vapour and NO Kick! The other minis Broke on me. (seemed cheap and badly made IMO)

To me my 901 baats last 3 times longer than my 510..

ok. did the straw mod on the 901 auto and it seems much much better now.

i may have been fooled by the blinking on the auto battery that regulates how long a single hit can be and thought the whole battery charge was gone.

that's how the 501 manual batteries told me they needed to be charged (blinking).

things are looking up. will see how long the battery lasts today.

for some reason the same straw mod has no effect when applied to the 501.

Its like this Amplexor- If ytou want a nice smooth hit with incredible taste go with the 901. If you want less taste and vapor that literally makes you cough then go for the 510. Keep in mind that you will go through more e-juice with the 510..

I own both, so, I am not being biased here.

I bought at the same time, and tried both at the same time. For me is like the difference between a brand new Maserati and an old creepy Chevy...The 510 IMO kicks the 901 ... all the way.

910: good taste, hard draw, medium vapor, low throat hit ( tried with several juices and strenghts), mediocre batt life, hate the auto batts that come with most of the kits.

510: good taste (not as good as the 901), easy draw, tons of vapor, massive throat hit (even better that the marlboro lights I used to smoke), awful batt life (2 hours max), love the manual feature that comes standard with the kit.

The 510 is the best ecig i´ve tried, hated the dse103, hated the rn4081, and currently hate the 901.

That massive throat hit is the main reason why I am able to say NO to analogs.

Be very careful to pull holding the atty part only or if you pull from the battery end it could disassemble and game over..

You started the right direction..............yes 901 smooth and flavor......510 gives throat hit and vapor. but cough(what did u smoke before) Many people prefer throat hit and many do not cough,,, and go through more juice sure. I am up to .45 cents a day worth of juice. I can live with that.

I love the 510 - can't say that I've tried the 901. My first ecig was the super cig. I still use it when I have to carry it in my pocket (yard work, etc).

I haven't noticed a difference in taste between my 901 or 510. I don't understand how this could be unless the juice isn't heated as quickly in the 901 "relieving" more flavor? I choose the 510 because of superior vapor production and longer lasting parts (I'm on month 2 with the same 510 atty)
