Not my idea. I would like to give credit but I cannot find the post where it was mentioned.

I purchased 2 feet of 1/2 inch plastic tubing from Ace hardware.

Remove the cap and O ring from the cart. Attach the cart to the tube and place in hot water. Suck on the end of the tube and bring the water up about 3/4's of the way. Blow the water out....repeat....repeat....I alternate between both ends of cart.

I have been refilling without drying and seems to be almost perfect. Drying should make it perfect.

I don't have the tubing, but I cleaned out and blew out 40 carts one night in a very short time. OMG! My lungs were sore for about 3 days after that. So watch out doing too many if you've been smoking as long as I have.
