5v vaping Carto question

I about to build my first 5v mod box and would like to know what carto I should buy for it. I would like a strong solid TH, also recommend a place I should buy them from.

And I would rather have large cartos so I dont have to refill much while im at work!

On my 5V I use the regular Boge 3ohm cartos. You can fill a few up to take to work and just change cartos when you need to.
