Hey guys I ordered from Nhaler for a 5v mod box that came with batts, but they gave me a 5v Wet Box instead... not what I wanted, but I guess I'll just keep it. It didn't come with batteries and I found these at Radio Shack... Tadiran TL-5903 3.6V/2200mAh Lithium "AA" Battery : Computer Backup Power | RadioShack.com

They are 3.6v 2200mah... and they are like 16 bucks. The 5v mod box takes 2 3.7 batteries and regulates to 5v, but I went to Radio Shack and they opened up a couple to pop in to see if they would work and nothing was happening... would this be expected? Just wondering if I should be able to use them? The lady said they should have a charge out of the package too, but nothing happened. I tried with the switch in both positions. The ones on Nhaler's site are only 3.7v 600mah I believe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I was really hoping to be able to put this thing to use and try out my first 5v PV mod box, but I was let down. I didn't really want the bottom feeder, but I guess I can not use it at all if I don't want to and it's there if I do so I guess it's ok. They did say I could send it back and they would send me the regular 5v box and some free stuff, but I said I might as well keep it. The wetbox is like 75 bucks which is crazy, but I got charged for the regular one for 65. And the 65 one had batteries and juice... they should at least supply batteries for the wetbox...

    Somewhere between here and there
I don't know for sure but from the description those batteries look like they are designed for low current draw equipment. They may not be able to provide the wattage necessary to fire an atty. I have dealt with nhaler for a long time and am sure they will exchange it no problem. If you decide to keep it then I would suggest thinking about some AW brand batteries for it. The AW's have provided teh best performance for me.
