6 days days of vaping and I feel strange....

I want to thank you all for all the valuable input! I feel much better today still not 100% (very slight headache persists) but way better than in the past 2 days.

Living in Ukraine i'm being very sceptical about seeing a doctor, they give false diagnosis way too often here...

The headache will pass. I believe that is your body adjusting to not getting all the chemicals from the cigarettes...basically your body is going through withdrawal. I went through the same when I started vaping.

Just thought I would add: Cigarettes have MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) that are said to increase levels of neurotransmitters thus involved in the regulation of mood. It is one of the many chemicals in cigarettes that may influence mood changes/feeling unwell/etc. Hang in there it will subside soon.

Actually, the "0.1 mg" stated (when it comes to cigarettes) refers to the tar, not the amount of nicotine. Even after smoking for 30+ years, I have never heard of cigarettes that had less nicotine than others.

In Europe the nicotine is stated on the side of the packet. I can only guess it's not the same elsewhere then. Curious.

I'm feeling pretty good guys I think the "transformation" is almost finished!

I felt so good that last night I've overdone it with vaping....Woke up this mourning with a numb nose and almost no sense of smell, it came back after about 5 hours...

Reading so much nasty stuff about flavorings in e juices made me order 30/70 PG VG flavorless base from what I've read it should taste a little sweet on its own. (and its cheap as hell!)

Also got a 15ml bottle of coffee flavored e-juice and on the back it says (contains 2,3 pentanedione) I'm too scared to try it...
The other 3 ejuices from the same company never mentioned anything about 2,3 pentanedione...
