like I said, I'm told my friend that I want to start smoke cigarettes, and he said don't, why not vape, it's not as sticky as cigarettes, so u can stop whenever u want. then he gave me his old mod. so yeah. I start vaping

OK. Why do you want to start smoking cigarettes? You can't stop whenever you want, by the way. Smoking or vaping with nic. It's an addiction.

I would do more research on vaping before you continue. Know what is in you liquid. If you didn't use nicotine then there is no reason to use it now.
I hope you feel better if not I would make a doctor appointment. Better safe than sorry.

nope, just 2-3 sec hit, coz my mod only 90w. but no delay, so for example. after 1 hit its like 5/10 sec then I hit again.

according to this ^^, sounds more like hyperventilation. A deep breath and then do it again within 5-10 seconds several times would make one a bit dizzy... nic overdose also would bring on sensations of nausea, sweating, face tingling, a tightness in the back of the throat and an urge to throw up, and it doesnt go away after a few minutes either, it lasts for over 1/2 an hour .... my first signs of nic OD is the uncontrolled hiccups ( nicupps) :)

Yup, lots of good info here. If it's cigarettes or vape, I'd agree go with vape. Get some 0 mg juice. You'll still have the cloud and flavor, but without the nic side effects. Most of us here used it to stop smoking, so when we started vaping we used fairly high concentrations of nic. As it's new to you, even a modest amount will easily be felt. If you need any more help or suggestions on using your vapes setup after you get some 0 mg nix, you can head on back and folks will try to help you out.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Since I vape without nicotine, I wish your friends should have told you to try vaping without the nicotine.

Hello Azharfahry
If you had smoked you wouldn't be asking this question because you would already know what was causing it, the nicotine. When I smoked my first cigarette I got so high I couldn't stand up straight but you soon get over it to the point where if you don't smoke you begin to feel that way.

Do you really want to vape nicotine?

Yes I remember my first couple cigarettes, I felt weird, then I was addicted. (It was a matter of learning to inhale). You might as others have said, try to figure out why you want to smoke? Are you stressed? Are you needing some hand to mouth action? You really don't want to start that kind of habit (even with 0 nic) without figuring out why? I mean, I'm glad that your friend told you to vape instead, but really, if you enjoy the inhaling thing, you can do it with 0 nic. It should be noted, however, that the long term effects of vaping haven't been studied, so you are essentially putting yourself at SOME amount of risk if you do either.

That said, I think that vaping 0 nic is probably better than starting smoking, which from the sounds of things might get out of hand with you rather swiftly. So, it's probably better.....probably being the main word here, and only because you are craving starting the most deadly addiction that you can ever dream up, and if you think smoking is easy to stop? It isn't. I thought that once, and I was DEAD wrong. Operative word being DEAD, or at least dying when I got here. I wouldn't recommend it.
