It certainly didn't take long to get it. If you are getting the stock color they say it will ship in 3 to 5 days. I knew I only had LR Boge cartos so I had ordered some others. Since I figured I wouldn't get my ProVari right away, I didn't use express shipping on the cartos. That was a mistake. I ordered the ProVari around 1:00 PM on Wednesday. They are in Washington State. I got it today around 1:30 eastern here in Pa. Two days later and I have my ProVari.

Positives and Negatives....Lets get the negative out of the way. There is only one.

I opened the USPS box and started pulling things out. Battery charger. Pack of Boge 3.0 carts and a couple other things wrapped up. I was looking for the nice box I was thinking it would come in. I looked inside the USPS box and it was empty!!!!!!! OMG, I thought they forgot to put it in the shipment. I started looking at the other stuff and quickly realized, there it was wrapped up in a plastic wrapper. That is the only negative. No nice display box. Once I go over the positives below you will start to realize that I couldn't care less about this little negative. It wouldn't be spending any time in a display box anyway.

The Boge 3.0 carts I ordered were stainless for punching holes in to use with my BigDaddy tank. (hole punch thingy is in the order I didn't get yet.) At the moment I had a LR cart in the tank with my favorite, #7 tobacco from V4L. I vaped that on an EGO as I have been while I made sure the batteries had a good charge. I knew I wouldn't be able to take the voltage very high with this so I thought I would start at 3.7. It was so much better than with the EGO. That is sort of an understatement. More taste, more vapor and about the same TH. I just couldn't have hoped for more and had not even played with it yet.

So I started to play around with the voltage. 4.1 was as high as it would let me go but I didn't like the way it was vaping then anyway. I started to notice how much difference it made just changing it by .1 volts up or down. When I read threads where people said they used VV to get just the right vape from a certain setup or juice, I just didn't get it that .1 volt difference could make that much of a difference. It does. I went up and down from 3.3 to 4.1 and 3.6 was the perfect voltage for what I was using. So if you are reading this wondering if VV is worth it. Let me tell you, IT IS. 3.7 was good, but 3.6 was significantly better and 3.5 reminded me of the EGO which was not nearly as good. Not just more taste but also better taste, more vapor and good enough TH. (I'm not a big TH fan anyway, might be why I like this juice.)

I had read on here several people say that the best vape with this was going to be with a 3 ohm cart at a little higher voltage. I didn't have my hole punch yet and could not wait to try that. I was going to have to use one of the black 3 ohm Boges they sent with the ProVari. Making do without a tank, I filled it with my double grape from Vaporbomb. I thought, 'what the heck' and cranked it up to 5 volts. WOW, that was cooking. Again I started going up and down looking for that perfect voltage. Found it at 4.7 volts. Again I couldn't believe how much difference just moving it .1 volts would make and how perfect it vaped on 4.7 volts.

For the next two hours I had a lot of fun playing with my new ProVari. Switching back and forth between the to and changing the voltage from 3.6 to 4.7 and back again each time I switched. Then my sweetheart made me stop to come to dinner.

After dinner I continued to play but mostly used the tank. Then I started to notice the last positive that I'm going to talk about. And I had never read on here about this when anyone was talking about a good mod. The back of my throat was not getting as dry. I don't know if this was just me or is this common with the better mods?

So, as you can see here, I really don't care that it didn't come in a nice box. I am VERY HAPPY with my ProVari. Thanks for listening.

I use 510 atty's w/ drip shields and change juices regularly w/o cleaning it. I think the Provary helps in that respect. I vape until the flavor wanes, drip sumpthin' else, crank up the voltage vape and adjust. I also had a bad case of G.A.S (Gear Aquisition Syndrome) until I got this mod; now I'm done. Oh! Funny story; yesterday I was carrying a box of parts and tripped over a pump on the deck and went down on my knees. My iphone flew out of my right shirt pocket. My Provari? It was in the left shirt pocket but I instinctively had my hand over it. I may have cracked my skull and my phone but please not my Provari!
