I guess I don't understand the question, you want to make 6mg juice out of a 6mg base? Anything you add to the base, that has no nic in it, will lower the nic.
If the base is already at 6mg and add vg/pg .. no matter what ratio.. nic gets lower..

I was only asking because if he happened to have 70 VG to 30 PG base then he could just vape it as it is.
I still don't know exactly what you want to do. You have 6mg 70/30 unflavored juice. Did you want to add flavoring to it?

Your already at 6mg base. Adding flavor will dilute the nicotine strength. As mentioned above adding 10% flavoring will bring it down to 5.4mg strength. Not a big deal and should still vape just fine.
Just add 3ml's flavoring and 27ml's base shake and vape away. What you will end up with is a 5.4mg e-juice with 10% flavoring.

As Dannyv45 said, you have the base at your desired nic level and the PG/VG mix you want. Flavoring is all you need to make a juice you like.
You might want to download this juice calculator. It's the choice of a lot of ECF vapers. It's just like using a spreadsheet. Just enter the PG/VG base percentage and leave the nic at 0 (since it's in your mix) and decide what percentage you want to use for your flavorings. Enter the juice quantity you want to make. The flavor percentage varies with the brand and type of flavoring. Start at 2% for Flavourart, 5% for Hangsen, and so on.
