I have an 801 tip on my GLV - using my 801 attys - I'm not getting any power - nothing at all - the attys are good - just got them in yesterday - they work on my other POs -??? Using a 901 with an adapter - works fine - BUT, I only have 1 - 901 atty and can't risk burning it up and being high and dry - this one has me stumped ?

Any ideas or suggestions ?

Thanks

It is most likely the center post has dropped a little too far down the tube.
The adapter is probably longer is why it is working for you than the 801 itself.

I would write to Jay and ask him if he can fix it for you.

I have found that sometimes the threads on one pv are a smidgent bigger or smaller than others and when trying an Atty on one pv and it was on there for a while or enen ran on that pv then trying to screw it on a differnt pv it wont work sipmly because of the threads being a tad fater..!!!

Hey Bud - I'm actually sending it in today and have him check it out - he's doing something to keep the new batteries from being so tight going in and said he'd give it a good check over while he has it - I'll mention this to him in a note when I send it in - Thanks - TH
