801 guy about to cheat

I am a 100% 801 atty guy and last light I ordered the 510 adaptor for my V2. Just thought I'd like some variety.

Any of you guys and gals using a 510 on your V2s? How do you like it?
Any of you guys and gals have both the 801 and 510? How would you compare and contrast the two attys?

Can's speak to the V2 as mines in the mail. But I can on the V1 at 5v. I too was a 6 month user of strictly 801's. In the last two weeks, I've been using my V1 with a 510 and like it a lot. I really like the draw of the 510. I never get the burned juice taste on the 510 at 5v. I do not like 510 at 6v though. Way too harsh. I will always be an 801 fan at 5v, but the 510 is just something different to go for once in a while for that extra "oomph" that the 801 lacks sometimes. My 510 atty's see regular duty though at 3.7v. Don't like the 801 at all at 3.7v.

I was an 801 (BE112) at 5 volts person myself for the first 3 months after getting my Prodigy. I then went on to explore the 510, just as you're now doing. I've since stopped using 801's entirely.

I have nothing against the 801, but I do prefer the vapor quality and taste of the 510 at 5 volts. The 801 will put out a bit more vapor in total volume, but the 510 just seems to inspire a warmer vapor that is a bit more immediately satisfying for me.

That being said, I've recently ventured into cartomizers as well, and I now use them on my Prodigy V1 and V2 just as much as the 510. In short, I suggest that you explore all of your options. Each atomizer has its own appeal, and variety certainly helps to keep things interesting. ;-)

Never used 801's. I LOVE my 510 and actually like the 901 too.

510 is GREAT TH, flavor and vapor... 901 gives a bit of a richer flavor overall.

I think you will be VERY happy with your 510!!!

I was a stone cold 801 guy until I tried the 510. Now all those 801 attys are back ups. I haven't used them since. The size and production from the 510 is hard to beat.

I am seriously ADD with the atty's. I am switching constantly. This one goes good with this... this one goes good with this... oh wait this is better.... or is it this one...

But hey... at least it keeps me from shovelling junkfood into my face.

And I have a 510 on the way...I think my head will explode.

I love the 510 at 5volts myself, and as of today I have a 801 adapter for my V2 as well and giving that a try. The 801 does seem to give out a bit more vapor and flavor then the 510's but the heat just isn't there, and it seems to flood easier as well. but I'm gonna give it a good try and it just might be a good 2nd for me at the least but possibly more

Been using a 510 on my V2 for about 3hours now. And I must say I like it. It doesn't hold as much juice dripping as the 801 does, but still it is OK. I like it. Since I have two V2s I'll use one with 510 & one with the 801 over the rest of the weekend and let you know my thoughts.

801s are very understanding and rather giving partners. It's been my experience that most don't even expect monogamy, and themselves prefer to engage different power dynamics on occasion. I don't condone cheating whatsoever, but propose an open, honest, well articulated communication between you, your 801s, 510s and PVs of choice. A happy marriage can be had by all....Remember, polygamy is wrong, but polyamory is a thing of beauty among an individual and their devices, and all the pieces necessary to complete the perfect puzzle.

So start that conversation now...
