801 LR Awesome....

Got the 801 LR today and all I can say is it totally what I expected. At 1.8 ohm this thing is perfect. I thought the LR 510s were good but this is the best 3.7 vape I have ever had.. Full TH each and every hit.. This thing will fill your lungs to the point of bursting.. lol

I just ordered 3 more.. Don't know how long they will last but you must keep em wet.. Time will tell. So far so good..

I love the 801, but I cannot deal with the leaking from the normal ones. How do these fair with that issue?

Please let us know how long they last. I got 5 lr's 2 weeks ago,4 days out of the first one,3 days out of the second one and I'm at 3 days on the third one and counting.that said,while they work,they work very well.

Hmmm... I got 3 901's, 2 801's, and 2 501's almost a month ago (first day they were available), and they are still going strong. Haven't lost one yet.

Love the LR attys. Both 510s and 801s work great for me.

The LR801 tend to leak more that my regular 801s. I don't know why. But I have to very careful to not over drip them or I have a mess.

The LR510s work great on my SB. The LR510 I am currently using has been going strong all week and still hits good. I can not use the LR510s on my BB. I've had three die after 2nd dripping. The first seemed odd. The second one ...... me off so I put the third one on my SB and used it for a couple of hours, then put on the BB dripped and vaped til needed to do the sencond drip and dead!

I like the look of the LR 801 on the SB and the look of the LR 510 on the BB, but HAVE to use them the other way around. Sucks big time!

Im not having any trouble with the LR 510s on my BB.

The 801s do leak though about like the reg 801s.

Look for differences. There is no functional/electrical difference between the BB and SB.

Naturally the batteries are different since you can't use the same battery in both. Given that, I would expect them to be the same. Both 3.7 batteries. Are you using the same charger for both? Have you checked the voltage after charging them? Full charge then let them sit for a while then check the voltage. Maybe your SB battery is not taking/getting a full charge and it's running at a lower initial voltage? Something like that.

Do you have a hot spring in the BB and the stainless spring in the SB? Not likely to make that big of a difference but there would be a difference.

You are dripping on both the SB and the BB right? It's not like you're vaping with a cartridge on the SB and dripping on the BB is it?

If all the above is the same then it's likely just coincidence. A sample of 3 is a statistically insignificant sample size. Kind of like flipping a coin 5 or 10 times alternating between your right and left hand and having it come up heads everytime you flip it with your right hand but a "normal" mix of heads and tails flipping it with your left hand.

Agreed on all points. Even ran it past Rob. We are all scratching our heads. Different charger for the different bats.
went through all the multimeter readings all check out.

3 may not be significant, but was significant to me, so now I just use the LR 801 on BB and LR510 on the SB and all are working.

I think the coment about a curse was the closest to right on.
