From what I've read, the SI Volt, Bloog MF, and Nhaler MF style batts are all pretty much the same thing, but only the Volt batts will charge on a standard 808 charger. Is this accurate or has anyone experienced anything different?

I have at least one of each , and the only one that will charge on my V4L charger is the one from Nhaler... It's also my least favorite, just doesn't seem to pack the same punch as the others

I am having issues with chargers also. I recently purchased a new charger from litecigusa, a new manual volt and a new XL manual from V4L. Do these all require different charging systems? My old ACE batteries and chargers from puresmoker were not working very well so I replaced them with these. The charger seems to CYCLE on and off every 5-10 seconds. The battery tip blinks then the charger goes green, then the tip blinks and the charger goes red. I'm getting really frustrated because none of the batteries seem to last very long. The new XL was great as new and last for hours until it came time to recharge it. Now it seems weak like a dying battery as I can't seem to get a good hit off of it. ANY ideas out there?

I've found that the Volt automatics I have came shipped fully-charged. Used one for about 3 hours and then put it on the included AC-to-DC-to-USB charger system that came with the Volt kit I ordered and it took about 2 hours to charge up one Volt automatic batt.
Just ordered 3 blue manual Volt batts. Would like to get the PCC for them but they seem to always be out of stock.
The output on the standard Volt battery USB wall-wart charger is the standard 5v @ .5A that just about every wall-wart USB charger puts out however the little USB Volt plug itself that one screws the Volt battery into steps that down from 5v @ .5A to 5v @ 150mA.
I hope that bit of geek info helped someone?

I have Bloog, Elite Vaporworks MF style, and v4l conventional batts. They all charge on the 808 standard chargers I use. They behave differently though. The conventional blink three times then charge. With Bloog and Signature Series the light stays lit until charged. My Bloog stealth batteries are quirky on some chargers though. They also charge in my standard 808pcs

It could be that my V4L charger is an older one. I don't know but it just wont work on those other batteries.

Clean your charger and adjusting the battery post.

Cyrus Vap sir if you use a sewing pin, safety pin, or the like you can put it through the air intake holes on the threads to push it up. Hope this helps.

thank you! that worked. I also tried covering some fine tweezers I have in a thin layer of electric tape, that worked too

This thread made me realize I've been pushing my cartos on too hard, because I noticed I'd get more sizzle and vape by doing so. I also managed to push it down by tightening up the charger too hard, and cleaning without being careful of the post (changing position, never had even noticed it moved)

Now I understand I was just making a better contact with a battery post that was just set too low to begin with

Problem is, you get the set up high and nice, if you screw on too hard again or do something stupid, they sink right back down lol. Careful!
