Actually, I think most manual batteries don't have holes. I have manual 808 batts from LiteCigUSA and CigEasy - neither have holes in them and I'd recommend both companies. You can still fill your carto using the condom fill method. Just make sure no juice is leaking out before you screw it onto the battery so that no juice leaks into the hole.

The hole you're seeing shouldn't go all the way through the battery, but is just on the raised part of the battery that connects to the carto. You can still accidentally get some juice in there, though if you do it won't ruin your battery. You'll just have to clean out the juice and everything will work again.

I agree with Todos. All the KR8 batts I've seen have a well, but it is not an actual hole that goes all the way through to the battery. Auto batts have a hole for the switch so when you suck on the carto the battery goes on.
