So, I had an even better idea on an even better carto!!

I'm just smarter than all get out!

The wonderful, magnificant IKV MEGA XLR 510 Cartomizer Dual Coil 1.7Ω
This is THE one and NoMatches was going to be so proud of me!

Sorry.

Out of Stock.

But I wanted some too.

I guess good products just don't hang around long.

I still get this "We'll be back on 6-16-11" message. Seriuosly, is Ikenvape still viable? Out of stock for 7 weeks, and now a non-working site?

Not sure what's going on with the 808 cartos, but frankly its not a huge deal any way you look at it. Grab an adapter and use any other cartomizer, or go buy a different company's 808 cartomizer. He's not the government falling late on a social security check. If he could have his site up and running flawlessly right now with every product available I'm sure he'd click the Staple's "easy button" in a heart beat. Isaac has said he is having server issues and is moving to a new server, awesome. I know I wouldn't want to be dealing with that right now, as well as not making money by not being able to sell products. Who's really losing out right now? This is the guys business and financial situation we're talking about compared to your desire for a product, no offense.

Think of it this way, he's spending money and time right now to create a safer and better way for us to get our products. He doesn't owe us anything, every product that he takes and reinvents and then masters to perfection is a gift to the vaping community.

So yes, IKV is still viable until Isaac says it isn't... and has recently released one of the most praised atomizers on the market, as well as their own improved take on a lot of other types of atomizers and cartomizers, always staying low priced with bulk discounts and coupon codes etc. Problems happen, its the way of life. It's your personal obligation to solve the problem in the multitude of other ways, not take it out on the vendor.

If you want an 808 cartomizer, and you really like IKV's and are unwilling to buy another company's then what does that show? The fact that its out of stock is irreverent and I can only suggest buying one of his other great cartomizers when the issue is resolved, or as has been suggested the 510 mega which is exactly same, minus an adapter. And don't worry, if don't want to use an adapter and are forced to buy from another company, Isaac won't be mad at you for choosing to continue vaping through other means.

Sorry if that was a bit harsh, but seriously give the guy a break, is all I'm really saying. Site will be up when its up, cartos will be in when they're in. No sense brooding over it.

Sorry, but suppliers are like employees. They need to be dependable, reliable and trustworthy. Once the first two things aren't there, then the third thing comes into question. At least call in sick if you actually are sick. Iken is gone without explanation. Personally, even though I loved his products, this is my tobacco addiction, I depend on my suppliers, in some aspects, it's a life (cancer) or death sort of thing.

I'll find another supplier and that's the end of it.

Just to clear the air a bit... the 808's are in stock. The site is down, it is being addressed. There's an issue exporting customer data (last I heard last night via video chat w/ Isaac). New site looks good - it's just a matter of getting it stable/up/etc.

I know in today's world it's hard to picture, but Isaac is a one man show. He has a wife, children, a new puppy, and his business. Any and all "free" time as of late have been going towards the new site, assuming he's taking time away from his family. He wants the site to be back up as much as everyone else does, if not more, as this is his passion.

It's not my place to really say all that goes on behind the scenes, so if Isaac cares to share any details then he is welcome to do so. But I think it'd be worth your while to wait just a little longer NoMatches.

If the 808s are really in stock than I hope that changes how you feel, NoMatches. Website issues occur... sit tight and all will be well.

In stock is wonderful, but if I can't buy them, what good does it do me? I am 7 months in to no tobacco from 2 1/2-3 PAD, after trying to quit a thousand times. I am perhaps not reasonable about this.... I thought I had settled into a routine that would keep me off tobacco. This is a HUGE thing for me. It's not like going without milk in the fridge.

I purchased some other cartos, and if they work, I will stick with them. I understand life has it's demands, but when you have a business, so do your customers. If it happened this time, will it happen again? I have demands too, but I am posting... not posting ... what solid excuse is there for that? Disappearance is different that just going through a site change.

Well, best of luck to you in whichever steps you take from here on out.
