808 to 510 Adapter for Cig2o?

Are there any adapters for the Cig2o (A KR808D-1) to 510 so I can use an atomizer instead of a cartomizer?

Almost all dealers have adapters. Try madvapes, VaporKings, LiteCigUSA, AltSmoke. All of those are reliable dealers and carry adapters. A KR808D-1 has the same threading as a 901, and can use 901 atties, but the cartridges for 901 atties are smaller than those for a 510. You may see an adapter listed as 901 to 510, or as 808 to 510. Either will work.

I'm pretty sure a 901 atomizer will work on an 808. I don't know from experience though. However, if it's an 808, it's an 808. The fact that you got it at Cig2o shouldn't make any difference. Many sites have 808 to 510 adapters.
