yeah. to make it simple you will need a 808 to 510 connection, in that order. the 1st number is the battery.
It will make your setup longer, but it'll work. It wont make the vape noticeably less powerful, no.
you could always buy a couple 510 batteries in the future. they are usually 10 bucks.
they are around 10 bucks at www.free-cigz.com if I remember correctly. enjoy.
I love 808 batteries, I use them exclusively over 510 bats now. My favorite site for cartos is Altsmoke.com.

if you and your husband do stick with vaping, you may want to invest in an ego kit in a few months.
but, you'll realize why all on your own. enjoy your cigalike batteries for now.
A tank will definitely help you out though. The larger ego bats will last you muuuch longer.
