$9 Hobo V3 clone with BF pin

I put a fused Clapton on mine but I think I prefer the regular Clapton on a dna 40 (single coil)

Well I just finished putting it together. I had to shorten the bf center pin a bit. I also had to put an extra oring on the threads on the base so that the air holes would line up with my coil. So far I'd say it's about $9 worth of an rda.. Even after I shortened the center post it still doesn't drain properly.

I'll upload a pic of the coil buil later. My back is killing me and I'm on my way to the chiropractor.

Waiting at the Dr now. Thanks @thetrucker. It doesn't drain well because of the way it is designed. I don't mind though as I gives me more time between sqounks. It may leak if the mod is on its side and hasn't been vaped enough.

Not too sure what you can do about getting one to drain even close to dry because of the way the positive post is designed. The feed/drain will always be raised up off the deck.

Yep, probably not even worth shortening the bf center pin to the correct length.

I shortened mine a bit, but it's not where it should be and really not worth the time perfecting based on the shoddy design of the clone.

if you can put a build in the thing and leave it on a device without ever touching it, it's fine. you can get a decent vape from it.

if you have any desire to check out anything on this atomizer, you might as well forget it

For $9 and my currently broke *ss I think it's a great atty. Just put one of the provided orings I'm the base to line up the air holes..

What kinda coils did you do with it?

idk, I think the atty in generally a PITA to work with so I won't do it often

I'm waiting for another company to make this atty correctly and I'll be more than happy to try again

@fatherdano I was in a lot of back pain at the time so the coil was pretty bad looking. Its just a single coil at about .9ohm. I'll rebuild sometime soon to something that performs better.
