901 battery problem and PT question

I just got a new DSE901 battery worked great for days. I decided to use a screw in USB to wall adapter battery charger that I got w/my old starter (generic) 901 kit. After it was done charging it didn't work, no LED no vap!! I was not able to vape through it at all... Any thoughts?? I am not able to make either of the LEDs light up and when placed on a USB charger or USB wall, it will blink green 5 times and then the occasional 10 times. Took it off and still nothing I was thinking of making it a PT which I did with the generic 901 battery when the same thing happened to it.

Question 2) Upon making my PT I seem to lose volts using an atty or a carto (only getting 2.5-3.2) Do I need some kind of adapter? and if so what?? I am hardly getting any vap from it

never mind on the question with the PT, we just fixed the issue and now it it has mad vap!!

Just wondering if you think the 901 battery is toast??

Check if the center pole went down...It's a common issue.
With a toothpick or a pair of tweezers raise it a bit (by wiggling gently).
Feedback on results when you can.
