I have a few 510 atomizers and I'm pretty much set on getting a Screwdriver e-cig, and I know that they come with 901 atomizers, so um wondering whether I should just go ahead and get an adapter and also which atomizer performs best on the screwdriver in your opinions?

I prefer the 901 over the 510 atty. But its cheap to get an adapter $3-$12 depending where you get it. You could go with the real Screwdriver which is 510 based instead of the DSE905 "Screwdriver" if you want a 510 device. Again personally I love my DSE905 with DSE901 carts. Linkie to adapter:
