97 Tobacco Flavors! (292 posts, 216 Recommendations, 97 flavors = my big survey)

IDK somehow it doesn't seem to accurate. For example-

This list is only accurate as to the 216 recommendations I've recorded so far -- each being a single 'vote' for single flavor. As I said in the initial post, you'd need a much larger sample size before a flavor's position on this list would begin to mean anything. This is just a start.

RY4, Backwoods Brew, 4,- does that mean only 4 ppl recommended it? Took me 30 days to just be able to get my hands on a bottle of it.

Yes. Specifically it means that of the 292 posts I've surveyed, Backwoods Brew's RY4 was specifically recommended 4 times. And I wouldn't say "only" four people. That's pretty large considering I've only recorded 216 votes, and there have been 97 flavors recommended so far. With so many flavors and comparatively few votes to spread between them, 4 is quite large. Again, this is surveying people's recommendations from the posts I've read and recorded. Very excellent and popular juices just may not have been mentioned in the threads I've read so far.

Tribeca, Halo, 3- I have never had this, but from all the threads I have read tons of ppl think there is no better juice on the planet.

RY4, FSUSA, 1- I never had this either yet but I have read lots of ppl saying this is a very good RY4

Maybe a poll would be better but idk so many different juices it would be very very long.

Basically I am making this list for me, but in the process I thought others may find it interesting. At the very least, it's an easy way to discover new juices (I've yet to see a list of 97, and it took me reading almost 300 posts to find that many). Try not to think of this as a ranking, because it's not at this point -- its just a list of recommendations. Statistics can be very misleading unless you stop to think about the methods employed, sample size, inherent variables and biases, etc ...... I like the idea about a spreadsheet but you have a bunch more reviews to read through.

Yes it is fun. I like to read the reviews myself to see what else is out there that I haven't tried. I have quite a few in my closet that I haven't tried, all bought because of the beta tester reviews.

I appreciate all the work you put into I was just making a statement and then suggesting a way to make it better.

Say somebody made a post saying a juice was great and they liked it then 25 other people posted in that same thread saying they liked it as much then all those votes should count as well. That may reflect what is a good juice a little bit better, but I still think some kind of poll would be better. Could make a post asking for everyones top 3 juices let it run for a week then make another thread with a poll based off the top 20 from that list.

I guess I didn't exactly detail my methods, but yes, I would count 26 votes in that case -- 1 for the original poster, and 25 for the people that agreed. I would count each of those as a "recommendation/vote" for the flavor. I know it may seem odd that some flavors don't have higher numbers, but that's what I've come up with from the threads I've recorded. If you'd like me to record votes from a specific thread you think is great, just give me the link and I'll add it.

I thought about doing polls, but you can't count on people to respond and I wanted to record as many opinions as possible as fast as possible.

Thanks for the input and appreciation. Hopefully I've better explained how I'm doing what I'm doing, but if not, feel free to ask questions. The accuracy will improve as I add to it...

I am so glad I am not the only one using excel to vape. haha I mean I just have a list of what I have on hand. But I finally, finally started test driving my recent orders last night. I have been putting them off because I was already happily vaping a few choice flavors by the time they came in.

I use excel to keep track of my orders, and I go back and highlight the products that I thought were very good.

Wyatt earp suxorks.... Tastes like patchouli perfume. Actually most FSUSA does so mark me down for neg one on them. I tried like 25 different flavors and didn't like any of them. I tried them twice just because of all the rave reviews that they get here on the ECF. What a waste of money for me. Juice too thick too takes like 10+min to fill a carto.

I won't go so far as to say they suck outright, because a lot of people really love them, but I do have to agree somewhat... all I can really say is they're not for me. I have a ton of their flavors, and all of them have a strange background flavor that I don't like. I don't want to say floral, because it's not exactly, but it is similar to a floral flavor with a subtle sweetness. I think it must be something they use as a base flavor in the majority of their liquids. I go back and try them all about once a month just to see if my feelings have changed, but so far no luck. I do like and can vape their Camtel, but I think that's just because that's what I started vaping with. Again, I won't say FSUSA's flavors are bad, but they're not for me.

I didn't see VaporsEtc on your list and my co worker and my father in law love their tobaccos. Have you tried them yet? They have 5 samplers for $5.95 if you haven't tried them yet. They are good right out of the mailbox too- no steeping needed.

Do you know what flavors the Vape? Right now I have Captain Jack, English Tobacco, and Groucho on my list, all by VaporsEtc and all with one recommendation each.
