Tesla mod

Tesla has always been a hero of mine... even before he was popular or had a mod named after him. There is a monument to him in Niagara Falls.

Item clue #6 - I was born in 1856 I was a Serbian American Inventor electrical engineer best known for my contribution to the modern day alternating current who, well, what am I ?

I see a need for a slight tweaking of the rules.

If the clue post stays the same for 3 hours or more the rule stands at 1 post every 3 hours. ex. clue has been posted for 4 hrs you may have 1 post in that time frame or, if it has been up for 6 hrs you may post twice in that time frame, 9 hrs 3 posts etc.

if I post a new clue in a period of 3 hours or less then you may post your answer to the new clue at that time even if you just caught the end of the last clue and posted just a minute or two before the new post.

does that make sense? is everyone good with that?

Ha Ha! no problem Curly. it was hard for me to initially set up this contest but watching it play out I see some people getting stuck on the time limit creating a potential to miss out on a post because of the time limit.

Cajun, no, it was 1 clue answer per 3 hrs, the rule said you may wind up posting the same answer in some cases depending upon how long the clue stayed up... like at night when I go to bed LOL!

go ahead with the new rule tweak. the number of posts per contestant can/will actually increase which in turn will increase your chances of winning

I will edit the main contest page to reflect the change.

Yes, it will increase your odds of winning as it is a random chosen winner, the rules on the contest main page said, this may happen just as a natural ocurance of when I post the new clue, like when I go to bed... the contest shouldn't stop just because I'm sleeping LOL!

And yes, the chosen winner must have posted the correct answer in their winning post

And that's awesome, I was unaware of posting the correct answer twice for the same clue! Regardless, this is definitely a good style of contest! Makes it interesting...

Yeah, Tesla M2 Stainless. I seem to always be late to answer. I have to keep coming back to the computer between having to do other things.
