I realized I made a previous post in a forum that reps from Eastmall probably could not post in.
I recently received my two dse601's and one was cold within 24 hours...the second one has been giving me fits, and if it were not for my steady monitoring (I pop out the battery after each use) the second one would have overheated and popped as well.
I was just wondering if maybe there was a bad batch or something...my first unit that I got in December lasted months, with no problems. Was I lucky with my first unit, or are these latest two units just defective.
I have sent the email to the gmail account, and Rick responded to ship the bad unit in (before I found the problem with the second unit), so this thread is more to find out if I should just get something different, or I just got some bad ones.
