Kathi, if It makes you feel any better, when my sigelei fried it almost took my panzer with it. There's a black residue all over the body from the smoking battery that won't come off for nothing. But panzers are tanks (pun intended) and once you get it working again it'll take a beating. But that sucks.

Hey Dino, I hope you don't mind throwing out DIY ideas in your thread, I mean no disrespect.

Mine gets stuck if I over tighten just barely but it's the machining that makes that happen. Minute jagged edges on threading. I've never failed to get mine open. What I do is put duct tape on the threading, and duct tape on the outside of the bottom, the part with the decorative grooves. Now, those grooves will fit needle nose pliers perfectly, so I grab two sets of pliers, one on the taped grooves and one on the taped threading. A tiny bit of pressure and pop with no damage. Did your hubby know it is reverse threaded? Of it is in the ON position and stuck you need to turn the threads clockwise, and if it is stuck in OFF counter clockwise.

Thanks for the tip. Yeah, I told my husband which direction to turn it, but I didn't know he was going to use the locking pliers on it unprotected! I need to find a new end cap, because I hate seeing my new mod damaged. (Besides, there is something going on with the spring in there).

I'm vaping Twinkamisu in a ProTank and Key Lime Cheesecake in an IGO-L. Does anyone know if Dino has tweaked any of the new flavors since the samples went out? I know he said KLC may get a tweak.

Yes, I did little tweak on the KLC and a big tweak to the Caramel apple. That's the only changes so far.
