I also think that's cool being an art therapist....I bet you get lots of business.....
That does make sense.
I just seemed like when I went from building coils in my Kayfuns at 1.8-2.0 ohm to building them at 0.8-1.0 ohm, I started using a higher wattage (16w instead of 11w) with a much shorter puff. This seemed like a wash in terms of battery and juice usage to me. It also seemed like better flavor as well.
Heavier wire gauge and slightly smaller coil ID due to my new mandrel being slightly undersized. Now using 28 ga., 5/4 wrap, 2.8mm ID. Before it was 30 ga., 5/4 wrap, 3.0mm ID. In both cases coils were compressed (macro coil?).Did you by chance increase your wire gauge? Or just go less wraps?
Look what I just did!!! 2.1 ohms first try! Less than 5 minutes!
Well, I work for a tribe, which is fitting really. Someday I will have private practice and we will see. People are really intimidated by it but its just a combo of talk therapy and art but with much more intention involved. And boatloads of training. I'd go into it but we'd be here all day. If interested, I run a blog on social justice and art therapy for the American art therapy association. Just Google social justice art therapy.I also think that's cool being an art therapist....I bet you get lots of business.....
Sure! Call me whatever!Hey Dykelicious (May I / we call you Dykey? - Don't want to offend, but I like the sound of the shortened version),
What does your job as an art therapist entail? It sounds really intriguing.
Awesome! Pro!Look what I just did!!! 2.1 ohms first try! Less than 5 minutes!

I second that. Especially if you start playing with lower ohms. I said never. Then dropped to 1.0. Wow. Then I slipped into .7-1.0 on my nimbus. I use my Origen v2 on the vv svd so I keep that dripper at 1.3 usually. Anyway I started at 12mg and once I got into rda I changed immediately to 6mg lol.hehehehe....yeah ya may wanna lower your nic level when dripping
and the pure flavor you get from a dripper is awesome![]()

I have never tried a dripper before. Had no clue how they vaped or tasted. Holy cow! Amazeballs!! Jeez. I have a head rush. Buzzzz
I got some 26g so I could have great coverage and nice thick coils but takes forever to heat. My kick only fires at 1.5 or above so it is a useless thing unless I want giant dual coils. I don't like running a single coil on a dripper made for 2. So I'm on the fence about 26g. So easy to wind, crappy to heat up though on e they do its a train. I think I need a single coil dripper just for 26g. Any recommendations?Thicker wire takes longer to heat at the same wattage. Might be why you find higher watts more satisfying. I have a 30w mod and it was nice until I got my new mech, loving the high wattage with sub-ohm builds.
Ill sit down and make a list over the next couple days. I have so many!i've been slowly going through my box of goodies now that there's only a handful leftmaking a list of ones I'll be getting rid of
maybe we can trade, I'm always up for trying new and different...
