Just got my shipment of the Sony VTC 5's in. Yes they are real. I also switched brands on my batterys to MXJO. Really nice batteries.

Damn I just bought 2 not sure if real ones. Save 2 for me. Ill place an order Friday. Can never have too many

I kept seeing people use kitteh, and couldn't figure out what they were talking about. I finally figured out that I think it's supposed to mean Kitten??? But why would they call a kitten a "kitteh"??? I must be getting old!!!

I checked the 4 I have and the bottoms look right. Not sure what to look for in the top. 2 more on the way. I was getting them from someone specific on eBay and have had great performance. The 2 on the way are from a new vendor so I dunno yet.

Those are the bottoms. The seam on fake batteries just looks like a bad seam job. On the real batteries the seam is hardy noticeable. Looking on the tops is really hard to tell.

So oddly enough I just got the other 2 in the mail. Using that guide, and I found the full guide online, looks like I've been very lucky on all counts! 6 authentic batteries. 1 is a vtc4 but the other 5 are vtc5. Thank you for the awesome info!

Sooooo....I'd like to maybe take the leap, for the sake of collection, into a box mod. Now, I only have 1 vv (innokin svd) and I'm not sure if I want a vv box or a mech box like the Kato box clone. Because it is SO sexy. If I got a vv I would want something mean looking like the beast box, or something sleek similar to the Kato. What do you all recommend and why? I trust you.

Oh yeah, and what the heck is the big draw toward them anyway?

Hey hey, I've finally got enough post count to be able to post in here.

Just wanted to say thanks Dino and Kathy for the chat today at the shop. I enjoyed the conversation and the ability to tinker a bit with some of the toys I've only seen on the web.

Hope things keep busy for you. I would hate to have to find another vendor.

the kato looks nice but the problem I see with those types of mods is that you are limited to what tanks you can and can't use....

I love my mvp v2....
it's vv (3.3 to 5.0) / vw (6 to 11)
battery lasts about 2 days before recharge (2600mAh)
while it is a built in battery, it's a passthru so you could vape while it charges
it's 510 and ego threaded
checks atty's oHm
a puff counter (for giggles)
can be used to charge other devices (ie cell, ipad, ect) if in dire need to
easy to skin to customize

does everything a regulated mod does but in about half the size and weight
