I'm beginning to think you have a Charles in Charge obsession ... or that you had a babysitter named Charles when you were a wee one that you adored lol

I got two AGA-Ts when I ordered one, but they both were in the same packaging (one box) so i figured that was how the vendor recieved it and then shipped it intentional-like. What good the damn things are doing me... Still haven't mastered them.

Anyways anything beyond that i would probably offer to send back. But as has been stated, if they are mishandling their own inventory this spectacularly then they have problems beyond the scope of my personal morality.

One was in the British forums and I will find the others later. i'm going out to breakfast and movie with hubby. Yes, on Ft that didn't work, one that did, an ego kit, evic, and I forget the others. All very recently. Not all were Ft. 2 were.

No, vendors make mistakes, doesn't make them look bad. It's not a mistake to keep a vamo, it's intentional.

And yes it just made me mad. Thanks for letting me vent.
meh.. no need to hunt the posts down. Karma will find it's way to people who continue doing dishonest things. At least that's what i tell myself..

3 reasons to contact a supplier after receiving your order.

1) something missing from your order.

2) something extra in your package. ie:such as high dollar mods

3) feedback either positive or negative.

We are all human. Mistakes happen. What we do when they happen, as a rule, determines our moral compass. I would like to think that most folks would do the right thing but I am one that always sees the glass half full.

I would not mind some free juice..

I made two orders last week from SnG Vapors and Indigo...These were the first two juices I have ever ordered online, but both companies added a small bottle or two of sample flavors...It was certainly a welcome treat, and will do business with both of them again for going above and beyond.

When I was a kid (like 5 or 6 maybe, I definitely knew better), I took a pack of gum from the grocery store because my mom wouldn't buy it for me. She caught me with it when we got in the car. She marched me right back in that store, took me to the manager and made me not only apologize and give it back, but also admit that I had taken it when I knew it was wrong.

The store manager? She was a dear friend of the family. I was in tears.

I've never. Ever. EVER. stolen anything again. *laughing*

I remember with one of my first juice orders, I got a free 10ml but it wasn't on the invoice and I was worried it wasn't mine. I emailed them and they told me it was a free sample and to enjoy it. I still have a nagging need to send them $10 though. *laughing*

It's dishonest to keep anything that comes to you in error. It's despicable to admit it on an open forum.

That's really cool kudos for sending it back. It would be tempting, but I like my vendors. Not being able to go back, because I stole would suck.

I've actually met most of the vendors I deal with, and some of them have become good friends. So why would I cut my own throat by being dishonest with them? What goes around always seems to come around.

I must have missed something tho' because I haven't seen any posts about getting free stuff by mistake. Guess I gotta get out more

I placed around a $150.00 order for 510 gear including one short and one long PCC both black. My order arrived with an additional red long PCC... about a $35.00 item if I recall. I emailed the vendor asking if they meant to send that and they did. They said they had a lot of stock in that color and could see I must be just getting started with 510s. I thanked them and told them they had a customer for life. I've learned over the months that the smaller mom and pop vendors tend to send gifts but the bigger vendors usually don't at least they haven't for me with pretty sizable orders. Ethically, if there's no note explaining a sizable gift, its best to ask and, of course, always send a thank-you email. Just good manners. But, also, a thank-you email will tip a vendor off to an employee being a bit sloppy filling orders if what you got wasn't intended.

The last few days I've seen several threads where some of you have recieved additional items you did not order mailed to you with your order. And i'm not talking about a free 5ml bottle of juice, i'm talking Vamos, chargers, expensive full ego kits. And every single person bragged about how they got a free whatnot.

    Links .. ?? ............ ??

About a month ago I ordered 6 extra cartridges for my eRoll...when I got the package, there were 6 BOXES of 5 each. I have no need for 30 of these things! Keep in mind they sell for about $2.50 each. So I contacted the vendor asking if they wanted them back and got no response for about a week. Then they email me asking if customer service had contacted me about the email I sent. I said, no--they hadn't, but did they want the extras back? Again, no response.

So at this point, I figure they're mine free of charge. I did my due diligence, and I guess they figure the loss isn't worth it to pursue. I still have no idea what to do with all of these cartridges. They're actually tanks made of hard plastic so unless I'm chewing on them, they'll pretty much last forever...

Before I started doing DIY this would happen with every juice order I made. I don't know if somebody was actually trying to pair flavors to what I'd already ordered or just getting rid of some clearance stuff, but either way, it's good business. People will go back to the vendors that give 'em a little extra. If I got anything else extra in an order, I would contact the vendor and let them know.

LOL! I have the identical story, but mine was a piece of Brach's candy I pilfered from the open candy bin when I was 3 or 4. Thanks, Mom!

I won't even download free movies or music. I feel that people should be paid for the products and services they provide. Now mind you iTunes has a ton of my money, but I feel that the artists and creators deserve payment for their efforts. I get PAID to do my job. Theft is theft.

You cant anyway now a days, its loaded with toolbars and viruses.
