Had to say thanks. My parents got their Sideshos today. Mom has been trying to quit for a while without much luck and I think my dad had about given up on quitting. I was pretty sure when I ordered everything that my mom would give it a shot. My dad on the other hand is pretty traditional but was at least interested in the fact that I haven't had a cigarette in almost 3 weeks after a 30 year habit. Well, not only was mom excited, but with the instructions in front of them, I ended up talking to both of them on seperate extensions for about an hour. It was only the first 15 minutes of that call that I spent talking them through getting everything set up. The rest of the call was them talking about how impressed they were with their new present and about how similar it was to an analog cigarette. Thats something that I garuntee is going to make all the difference in the world to my dad. They liked the prefilled carts (mom loves the vanilla), and by the end of the conversation, they had also filled a couple of the carts with some Johnson Creek I had ordered for them. Dad now has his Sideshos all set up and in the case so he can carry them around. Thank you so much for all your help getting these shipped out so quickly, and the instructions you included. It's a great product, and as I know you've heard a million times already, your customer service is amazing. I'm so excited that my parents finally have a real shot at quitting. (Also pretty excited for my own move away fom the analogs). Now, when are those new 902 colors coming out....LOL
