So i have been hopping around trying to find fixes and what not. the leaking is bad. basically lost a 5 pack of occ prebuilt and a 1/2 ounce bottle of juice to test it all. first heard leaks on the O-ring connections. tested. nothing. switched to the black replacements. still fine.let it sit upright at work came back. juice running down through the afc holes. just flooding. cleaned it. dried it. tried it again. same problem. stuffed more cotton in. saturated. leaked. so i got home tonight. ready to just throw a fit. because now im out of my favorite juice. and have a week before i get paid. did a wash. looked online some more. saw people saying the afc base itself had a leak right above the holes. i actually have it right below. enough space to insert the corner of the caution occ instruction card for the subtank mini that came with it. have had this for 3 days now. i have 2 more coming tomorrow. i hooked it up. no juice. afc in the closed position. and could inhale. and blow through it feeling air. anyone else have this?

I have 2 STm's and I have yet to have a single leak from either one, and I have used both the OCC heads and the RBA. If I close off my airflow I can still get a very, VERY slight amount of air through it, but I think this is from the thin gap between the knurling at the base and the airflow ring. It sounds like you have a bit more airflow than what I described, so I would say something is definitely off with yours. When the other ones arrive see if something is different about the one you currently have.

at first they tried saying my juice is to thin. i use 100 vg. the rba deck feed holes dont feed enough so i couldnt use those...now im being told its a vacuum effect. said if i return it theyll replace it. I got 2 more in the mail. one for me and one for the girl. neither of them have problems at all. even using the same coil or juice. idk. replace and try to move on. the controller has so much give going up and down on mine like. there could totally be a spring. thats just not right for it. weird to explain.

Your last post makes it sound like your airflow base isn't screwed together properly(it's actually two pieces that screwed apart, I found this out on accident). I don't think that would cause that kind of leaking because of where the threads that connect the two pieces are, but it would explain the poor quality control with your tank in general.
