My mother always says, "This, too, shall pass...." and I always fall back on that when I worry about something like this (vaping too much at first) and she's right. I started June 30th (40+ year/2PAD habit) and haven't had a cig since about the 4th day. (Smoked a few the first few days because I just couldn't believe that I didn't want one. These e-cigs were just tooooooo much of a miracle for me to really believe!) Anyway, the vaping constantly will ease off pretty soon. I say just go with it....but get to the spot where you can afford to be obsessive with it so you don't worry about the money. Filling your own carts (re-filling your own carts/cartos) will help you not worry about this new FUN habit costing an arm and a leg. Then just follow your urges.
When I'm at home (with the PT) or in the car, I have one in my hand/pocket constantly, but I notice I hit it a lot less frequently than I did at first. And....I go for longer times between sessions. I can go for hours without craving anything when I'm in a place where I can't just sit and vape. (I teach school and could never smoke around school before, so was conditioned to not craving a cig while I'm in the classroom. lol.) Anyway, get it to the place where you can afford it (good juice/re-filling your carts) and relax. Good luck!!
