A little help if possible.

If this is in the wrong place please move it or let me know and I will delete or edit or whatever need be done. I am hoping I can get some help with something DIY related, I recently was able to try 100% VG VanTob and have not been able to find anything else that even comes close to being able to be an all day vape for me since trying it. I was hoping someone could either show me a step by step for dummies type guide to making it, or even point me to someone who would be willing to make it and trade something for it maybe? I have other juices I could trade for it and would not care about the amount I would have to trade or anything. I have been saving my last 1 ml of it trying to hold out as long as I can until I had more coming but broke down today and loaded it up and am vaping it.

I am not against trying to make it myself, someone was kind enough to tell me what percentages of things to use but to be completely honest I am not very confident in myself in getting the right stuff and making it correctly. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

There are lots of us DIYers on here, and most would be willing to walk you through (I think.. lol) I've never been one for tobacco vapes, so I don't really have a clue what the VanTob is.. perhaps vanilla tobacco? You would need some VG, you can purchase this at your local Walmart or pharmacy, it's labeled for moisturizing hands, I believe.. the brand is Humco, you can google pics so it will show you. I have always found it in walmart near the calamine lotion area of the store. You can also purchase it from Michael's or other stores that specialize in cake decorating, or off the internet. Places you order nic juice, flavorings, etc generally have VG and/or PG for sale. You will also need some VG nic juice, and something to measure with. You can find those in the pharmacy, too.. the little mL dose things for infants work great! Last but not least, you will need the correct flavoring, and I am not sure what those flavors would be or where to get them. To do the measuring and take the guess work out, you can good Todd Mullers (sp?) ecig calculator, and you fill in the blanks there on what mg nic juice you have, amount to create, etc and it will tell you exactly how much to put in. Also, be cautious when using the nic juice.. nicotine IS poison and should not be used around children or animals, gloves are a smart option, and always wash your hands after mixing! Believe me when I say, juice in the eyes don't feel so good! I hope all of this made sense, I am typing before coffee.. I am sure someone out there will have suggestions on the flavoring part of this.. I don't do tobacco flavors, so I am clueless! Good luck to you!! I use this: Perfumers Apprentice - Tobacco Blend (Alc) at 12% (3.6ml per 30ml of final eliquid)

I don't know why, but the 15ml bottles of tobacco blend alc are a better price point than the 30ml. I'll tend to buy multiple of the 15ml bottles of it at one time.

and this: Organic Vanilla Coffee & Tea Flavoring System (Kosher, Vegan, Gluten Free) at 8% (2.4 ml per 30 ml of final eliquid)

I generally mix it 60 ml (2 ounces) at a time, since it's my own all-day vape

Typically I'll use 25% VG (7.5 ml per 30 ml of final eliquid), using Glycerin USP skin protectant from Rite-Aid, CVS, ... It is a squat 6 ounce clear bottle, in the bandaid area. $4 - $5 for 6 ounces. The only ingredient listed is "glycerin 99.5%", possibly followed by the word (anhydrous).

The two other items are nicotine base and filler PG (propylene glycol). I normally buy nic base from voidmist, however Good Prophets has a really nice sale running on their 36 mg/ml: VG/PG/Nic Bases

120 ml of 36mg/ml nic base for $4.99, or 240 ml for $8.99 is a very good price.

GoodProphets also has some TPA flavorings available: 30ml Bottle - TPA Flavoring A one ounce (30ml) bottle of TPA Tobacco Blend Alc at $4.99 is an even better price than the 15ml bottles direct from TPA.

Some plain PG USP (or you can get it for about $22 for a full gallon, at a Tractor Supply Store): PG Base - Propylene Glycol - 240ml

Hardware:
GoodProphets 30ml measuring cup: 1 oz Measuring Cup

A couple of small pipettes (for measuring small amounts of flavorings, nic base,...): 1.3ml Fine Tip Small Pipette

A couple of medium pipettes: Pipette 5.8ml Medium

Empty 30ml dropper bottle: 30ml Empty Dropper Bottle (US Plastics is overall cheaper, but since you can get most of this stuff from Good Prophets it keeps it simple)

Pick up some of the vanilla from Natures Flavors, glycerin USP at a drug store, and everything else (including the TPA Tobacco Blend Alc) is available from Good Prophets.

Tell us what your desired mg/ml is and we can tell you how much 36 mg/ml nic base you need. If you need higher than 20 mg/ml, you would need to decrease the amount of plain VG and/or increase the nic base to a higher strength. For example, the 36 mg/ml can be used to make 24 mg/ml final eliquid, it would take 20 ml of nic base and cut the amount of VG from 7.5 ml down to 4 ml.

I mix it differently. If I remember correctly I put more tobacco and less vanilla. Since he was kind enough to share the recipe with me, I have vaped nothing else and have been through probably 180 mL since August
This is going to be a little overwhelming if you don't have any DIY stuff, but once you start mixing your own juice, you never have to waste money on iffy sample juices again!

This is the tobacco flavoring you need.

There's no way I could do 24mg anymore, and 30 is WAY out! lol. You're right we're all dropping now.. I think I was the last one to do it, though. It took a lot of persistence.. and a little nagging from BiancaM. I dropped officially to 18 and that hits a bit strong now, which is why today I whipped out the 15mg Vananaberry. It's a good level now. But my favorite supplier jumps from 18 down to 12. So.. I have to get down to 12 now. I'm thankful to have this 15mg you sent as an in-between step

Yeah! You did! It was good But I didn't get to enjoy it much. My husband took it when he ran out of juice. He added a little LorAnns cinnamon to it and says it's to die for.

I generally like anywhere from 12 to 24 mg nic amd am not to terribly picky for some reason. The VanTob I am finishing off I believe was 18 mg and it is like heaven lol, TH is perfect, taste is amazing in and out. Thank you all so much for helping with this, we are going to start trying to make some asap. If I can make this stuff right it will be our all day vape here, we are starting to get excited. My wife and son and I are all sweet tobacco type vapors and this stuff nailed it for all of us.

Seriously, everyone here, just the simple fact so many of you have the patience to help someone with as much detail as you have, for someone as inexperienced as I and needs that much detail, is amazing. Thank you all again.

Black cherry always taste like chemicals to me for some reason. How about trying a strawberry lemonade?? Sour lemon flavoring though, not that sweet/Pledge tasting stuff, *shudder*. I'll be your tester!!
