Hi all,i am really concerned about my BP reading as of today,it was in the high range before i started at 150/90 now its 180/120,in dangerous territory.Ive been vaping over a month ago,but now its gone tru the roof,im not saying vaping is the cause, i have no proof,im just trying to make you aware of possible complications. The BP is so high i CANNOT vap right at he moment, lately ive beed vaping 24mg and i know it should be lower, just get your BP looked at an vap safe, going too Doctor first thing in the morning.

Update,my BP is getting a tad lower, its averaging at now 165/100 as of 1 day stopping vaping,i was over doing the vaping ,24mg chain vaping is too much.Doc alos precribed 4mg coversyl.Im doing better, think ill stop vaping until i get my BP down to at least 135/85.

Update: Some good news, within just a few hours of taking "coversyl" my BP has dropped too 145/100,this drug seems too very effective,if vape again .ill be doing 0 mg.

I had my BP at 140 over 90. Not as high as yours and I had just finished 20 oz of redbull. I actually bought an automatic blood pressure machine jus to check it every once in a while I always had that concern. I only vape 12 mg but I vape all day so I sometimes worry about it. GL at the doctor hope everything works out.

I take BP meds and check with my monitor regularly. If vaping is causing your high, its temporary. If you're continuing to vape, lower your nic level or go zero. Remember that its not necessarily vaping causing it though and, actually, vaping causing it would be better than any other cause except upset of course because you can easily fix that. Also, sometimes its a combination and, trust me, I've checked this out with my own BP. I live in, shall I say, a bombastic family and noise affects my BP big time. I can vape the same nic level with lots of noise and high emotion going on around me and see a rise but when I'm alone and all is quiet, that nic level doesn't affect it at all. When I've check under those circumstances, its been 120/75-80 so is it the vaping? Nope, even though I thought it was initally. It takes a while to figure out so advising... go lay down or take a nap, lay off the usual nic level and see what it is in a few hours. Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, just experienced with my own BP.

I've had issues with my BP last week (181/80) as well but I've been vaping almost 2 years and using 12mg for a few months. I do take BP medicine. I drink a lot of water when it does that. Watch your salt intake as well. It's good you're going to the dr tomorrow. Relax and try to stay calm. Sending positive vibes to ya!

Wishing you the best of luck with your doctor appointment! Sending you healing vibes! Do something relaxing, freaking out will only raise it higher. A lot of people here care about you! Definitrly try lowering your dose.

My mom is 80 and recently started vaping. She tried my 12mg dose and said its too strong, so I got her a low dose nic and it seems to agree with her. She was down to 3 analogs a day before switching to vaping only. She's doing well with it, but she keeps a close watch on her BP because hers is high naturally and I don't want to give her a product that will cause more harm than good. She will down her dose to zero nic before long and will still get the satisfaction.

My thoughts will be with you! Let us know how it goes.

Not sure of your age, but judging by your picture you need to be concerned(you appear over 30), as has been already mentioned.

My BP has been that high and higher, it's easy to correct. I suggest you do some reading, especially on sodium intake and electrolyte balance.

Im 55 years old and thats a recent profile pic.

Update: Some good news, within just a few hours of taking "coversyl" my BP has dropped too 145/100,this drug seems too very effective,if i vape again ,ll be doing 0 mg too start off with.
