I find that I sleep Better when I use 0mg after the sun goes down.

Could be all in my head, but it Does work better for me.

Heh, if it's in your head, it's in mine too. :)

I do 12 - 18 during the day (sometimes 24 in the mornings) but by dark, switch to 6. If I don't, I'm up until all hours. Interestingly enough, it's not a bad, jittery, insomnia kind of "awake", I'm just not sleepy.

Nicotine is definitely a stimulant for me. Used to sometimes smoke to stay alert too...

Yeah... I'm the same way.

Not Wired and Strung Out. Just not ready to Sleep until about 3:00 am.

Then it seems that right when I get all Warm and Snugly, that damn alarm goes off and it's 6:00 and time to get up.

I also like Sweet Flavors. And many Sweet Flavors can Taste Better at Low or No Nicotine. I could care less about TH. So 0mg is Kinda Win-Win.

It is also FDA Proof.

And I figure that if I start now, by the time the FDA Does what it is Going to Do, I'll probably be at 0mg for All Day verses just in the Evenings.
