Thanks Mindfield. Time, I think is going to be the main factor here. I'm on enough that I can probably lend a hand as required, but as with most folks (mods included), real world issues sometimes get in the way.
The black palm is pretty sweet, and I love that I can "palm" it and stealth vape pretty much anywhere.
I think Black Palm is one of the best looking dark woods. Much more interesting then Wenge which has the same colours.
Let me know if you would like a pen made of matching wood. I did one some time ago for a friend and am pretty sure I still have some wood around.

Hmmmm...
looks like a long drip tip with a 510 sizing on the big end. If so, what size and would it be ok to have a brass tube through the inside for strength and to help protect the wood from moisture? May not be durable but I could give it a try next week.
Acrylic like in the pic would be easy.
Yuppers. It's a fun variation on the 'ol hammer. Plus, it can make bacon.
