“What do you think of all this news from the USA, then?” I asked.
“Oh, I don’t care what happens in the US,” came the reply. I couldn’t help thinking that a more reassuring answer was required. But it’s fairly typical - many vape shops we have visited have shown a lack of confidence and knowledge when answering questions.
