Hi vap1ngDogg and welcome to ECF. Glad to hear your transition went so well.
Happy vaping.

I know sir. I started analogs when I was at 5th grade, you know, doing that being cool and all that. but it wasn't that much. It really started when I was in college being in constant struggle with deadlines and finals, I had to find a stress release. Thus, my addiction started.

At first, I was reluctant on trying vaping. I bought these pen e-cigs from a gas station (N-JOY) and after puffing that thing, went straight back to analogs. A friend introduced me to what he had (eGO) and I was AMAZED! I was chatting with him through skype and said, "How does it smoke so much? then he started the whole shebang on ecigs and vaping. I was really reluctant at first since he referred me to the Provari to be my 1st PV. Then said "it's worth a try."

1st day I got my provari, I found that I didn't order ejuice! (so went to order at pink spot) and took me around 2-3days to experience my first vape. at first, It was so-so. So I cheat a little bit. having an analog every now and then. Then one day, I found myself to be grabbing the provari more than the analogs. I used to smoke 1 pack and a half a day. now, I don't touch those little buggers. I threw my last stack in the trash and start vaping like crazy.

The next few days I found that my sense of smell started hyping up. I work at a call center so a lot of people are smokers. I go out to have a vape (my job is NOT vape friendly) and immediately smell the smoke outside. I notice that I was at least 20ft from the smoking area, and I could literally smell the nasty smell! I thought to myself, "wow, is that what I smelt like every single day?"

Its been 2 weeks since that encounter, and I've never touched the analog ever since.

Just wanted to share my personal experience on that. I have been smoking for 12 years. Now I enjoy my new found freedom on cigarettes.

I know it's a long post. Here's a potato.

There's no such thing as cheating...you were merely working your program and it's all very personal rather than a Nic patch company or doctor that's never smoked in their life telling US how to quit. There's one vet here that I admire and respect greatly- took him 2 yrs to stop smoking completely...gutsy and admirable of him to celebrate the day with us when he finally kicked the stinkies to the curb.
Cheers.

Congratulations! Ive been off cigarettes since December Im about the same as you I smoked for a week that was a good thing in its self My last pack lasted a week! I sometimes get the urge to smoke a cigarette. But its just mental at this point.
Your buddy did you a favor most people including me spend twice the price of a Provari before they realize just go ahead and get it.
