A no nicotine claim

A pair of studies found that while real cigarettes deliver nicotine, e-cigs do not - despite claiming to do so.
"Neither of them delivered nicotine, which was surprising, because that is - in fact - exactly what they are supposed to do," said Eissenberg.

I have to get back to this later when I have some time and add some comments.

Fortunately this is old news. Dr. E published this several months ago, and then came on here to discuss details with us. We convinced him that there were some problems with the study, and urged him to change some procedures on how the subjects vaped. He came back some time later stating that we were correct, the study had several flawed procedures and conclusions, and that he was now convinced that ecigs really DO deliver nicotine...and that he had taken our advice on how to use a PV correctly, and personally found that they are very effective. I do not think the paper was retracted, however, so it is still out there giving some rather incorrect info.
