I have a 5v boxmod that the guy who gave it to me told me to buy trustfire 14500 900mAh 3.7v Li-ion batteries for it, which I did and am loving it at 5v. I have a chance to also get some trustfire 14500 900mAh 3.6v Li-ion batteries as back ups for fairly cheap. I do use the trustfire multifunctional charger. My question is shouldn't the 3.6's be o.k. to use in this? Sorry I am a bit paranoid after someone spoke to me about an e-cig battery accident recently. Thanks y'all keep up the good work.

Just wanted to back Ocelott up here. As long as they are protected you should be fine.

I use 3.2v Westinghouse LiFePO4 batteries in my 5v mod without a problem.

I saw those at Walmart for a 4pack for $10. Can you charge them on a standard multifunction charger? I assume not since they're LiFePO4, so how do you charge them?
