One day/night of binge drinking and I miss alot:D I guess DW had it coming, im mean you pick a thread with 2 mods in it..your asking for trouble:lol: I actually love all the suppliers and TROG;) I mean i try and mention all the of them in "WHAT" vaporizer should I get threads..i mean unless the thread maker has a really LOW price range;) I think the new mods have valid points(SJ too) and maybe some aggressive re-education will make rules more evident, to those who forget sometimes:rolleyes: If i know Walrus from his postings...there is a "METHOD" to his madness and a kindness in his "BLUNTNESS";) So lets give peace a chance:)

I remember when you first joined Randall. I'm glad you moved to the SD and like it.:)

I'm going to keep with the SD, buy another one for a backup and use the BE112s. Also going to start making my own juices. This is quite addicting.

Well, I'll keep doing it until the government makes it illegal.
We REALLY need to get the homemade ecig functional atomizers working fast here. I do NOT want to be forced back to analogs so I can pay into Washington's pockets again.

This thread over at RTV has some great info on the unit

I-Inhale from Smokejuice.co.uk

I got mine at smokejuice.co.uk, they ship worldwide. It runs on butane and has a vapour chamber rather than an atomizer. I still use ecigs, but the IOlite is about the best insurance policy you can buy to ensure you never need to smoke another analog again.

A chamber. That's what I was hoping would be built by tinkerers in their garages someday.

Well, looks like I'll be buying THIS little item next payday.

Thank you very much.

frog, don't know if this is accruate, but I was told that the I-Inhale just burns up the juice and that you really have to use tobacco. I've never tried one.

Oh, it works just fine with juice . . . just put some cotton in the chamber, and put a few drops of liquid on the cotton.

MUCH stronger than an e-cig, and it takes some tinkering to figure out what works best. Probably more work than I want to take on right now, but I'm glad I've got it . . . . a super insurance policy . . . and kind of fun to mess around with. :)

It's true that you shouldn't drip liquid right into the empty chamber, it burns off too fast, but there are methods to use eliquid including dripping onto a cotton wool pad or using gauzes to hold the juice just like an ecig atomizer. This way you get about 10 minutes out of four drops of liquid. I also use my unit for shisha tobacco and all those homebrews that would kill an ecig atomizer.

Most people get their head blown off when they first use one, you need to use a much lower nic level juice than you would in an ecig for the same hit.

Shisha tobacco? I love it! Do you have to use foil in the device or is it just good to go?

wv2win yes indeed, VG based liquids last a little longer than PG based ones but both last well, the hit is partly to do with the warm vapour.

I don't own a shisha pipe, I have only used one while on holiday or in the local shisha bar, but remember a shisha pipe vaporizes tobacco rather than burning it. Most of the health risk from a shisha pipe comes from inhaling smoke from any still-burning coals rather than the tobacco. Shisha pipe vapour contains no tar from the shisha itself. With the IOlite, you can vaporize the shisha tobacco (or herbal sugar cane molasses) without using coals and the flavour blows any eliquid flavour out of the water. The downside is that it doesnt burn clean like eliquid.

I no longer use the foil method, although I know many people still do. I removed the screen below the heating pin to make cleaning easier and just put a pinch of shisha straight into the unit. I get about 15 minutes from it, and then brush out the remaining shisha with an interdental brush straight into the bin. Shisha is not ideal when out and about for this very reason- eliquid is more practical there - but at home there is nothing like vaping some cappuccino or banana shisha in the garden with a drink :)

Good results can be had from mixing herbal sugar cane shisha with e-liquid too if the thought of vaping tobacco is too scary. I also sometimes vape straight organic tobacco and its got a chocolate taste, not at all what I remember tobacco tasting like. Surprisingly there is little on the net about vaporizing tobacco products. I went through a period of being unsure about going back to tobacco until I did more research into it. Now I grow my own tobacco plants in my veggie patch, ready to vape :D

99% of the health concerns with tobacco use is from the combustion process, not the tobacco.

What device are you guys talking about that can take tobacco?

The IOlite, previously called the I-Inhale
