So here I am waiting on my 510 to arrive in the mail! While I was waiting I was wondering how you all handle transport. I have read a bunch of posts that mention you do not want your e-cig to be facing down (or it will leak or drip) I know that with regular cigarettes, when I leave the house I grab a pack if cigs and throw it into my purse (which is a big one) From there the direction that pack faces in now up to gravity and/or how many times I go pawing through it to find something else ect. The one thing I do know is I am sure the pack is not facing the same direction I placed in there at the beginning of my day. So when you are on the go, how do you transport your e-cig with you and make sure they don't go south!

The 510 was my first ecig and I have to say I have that if your cart is full it doesn't matter how it is carried.I have set it every which way to see if it makes a difference and no leaks, alway's vapes like a champ.Keep your atty's clean and your batt's charged and your good to go.Ilike to top my carts every 5 or 6 puffs to get that new cart feeling all day.OH!And welcome to the family!!!

I have a side pouch in my purse that is for pens. I slide my pv cart down in that pouch.

That's for pens? I kid you not, I have always thought of them, since I've always only ever seen them with two slots, as a lip-liner and eye-liner combo set of slots. hahaha For some reason, that just gave me a chuckle. Good idea for the carts though. I'm going to keep that in mind.

Okay, Okay - so I'm a CPA - every empty slot must be for a pen, pencil, or calculator, right?

Hi:

I carry a small backpack style bag. I place one of those thin (cheap) ziplock baggies in a side pocket and put my PV's in it. I place them carts down. I also place small bottles of liquid in the thin baggies too. Many times I have reached in and one or two had leaked a little. Always good to have a few kleenex too to wipe them off before use.

Welcome to ECF.

I emptied one of those little purse compartments just for my 510, but I usually wind up keeping it in my pants pocket for convenience. (Which is probably what I would have done with my cigarettes, except hard packs didn't fit, and soft packs would get crushed...) Definitely handier that way - one annoying thing about ecigs, they do get lost in the depths of your purse a lot more easily than a pack of cigs would, lol. I make sure to keep them cartridge-side-up, because they can leak from the mouthpiece otherwise, especially when they're full.

I also have a PCC, and I just toss that in my purse any which way. Worst that can happen is the spare atomizer leaks a little into its plastic compartment, no big deal... :)

I stick mine in my bra, typically where the front strap meets the cup, cart side down. I don't have any leaking and I always know where it is.

Well poo, I never wear a bra! Always thought that when I was growing up and my boobs were only an A cup, I didn't need to wear one. Even now I'm only a B cup so I still don't wear one!

I have to walk using crutches so my purse is actually a messenger bag. It has several pockets on the inside the will hold my PCC and my Kensington power pack. I have a small Pelican 1010 case that I use when its just me and a larger one, the 1060 when the hubby and/or son goes with. I use the little clip thingy from a tire gauge to cover the button so it doesn't get pressed on accident when it's in my bag plus it keeps it clipped to the inner side of one of the pockets and easy to find.
