Wife came home SICK last night.
So being the caring hubby I am I made her a cup of tea, practically forced her to call her boss to call in sick today and sent her off to bed..... I then slept on the couch. I hope she feels better today cuz the couch weren't made fer sleepin'!

A little concerned as she felt fine when she left yesterday but a after a few hours at work this crud hit her like a freight train.
Sore throat, cough, extreme chills, all at once as in BAM!

I did get it (the bullett) hoping to be able to kick off a few of the pounds I have put on...actually - would like to kick off a LOT of them !

I slept pretty good last night - so that is a good sign

OTD, sorry about your wife getting sick. Smart move sleeping on the couch. Last thing you need is for both of you to have it.

Classy, wiz is real hit and miss on the forum these days. He has an insane work schedule.

I used the bullet shake in the morning as my breakfast along with a cheese stick because I don't drink much milk. Normally I don't eat anything else til lunch. The shake keeps me full. I'd be doing better if I could stay away from the unhealthy snacks that I love so much but I can't give up everything. I look at the bullet as a tool to take in more fruits and good stuff that I probably wouldn't sit and eat during the day. Not to mention they actually taste good.
