Hmmm. thinking back, I haven't gotten sick, but did have a few colds in these last 5 years. I think because we are with the grandbabies so much!

Just got over some sniffles, but that was it...came and went.....I caught that one from hubby.

I don't believe I heard that Jacksonville is slated to get some snow!!!

I did see snowflakes here in Palm Coast many years ago in the air.......that was it! It was rather nice, actually......but I knew it would be short-lived.

    Somewhere between here and there
I would have to agree about the vaping and fewer illnesses. I used to get one or two pretty bad ones each year and almost always had at least a couple sick days each year. I don't think I had any last year and maybe even not the year before.

OTD, do you have any of the SLM left that I sent you? That would probably be a good one to vape while sick.

Agree all the way around with the huge reduction in illness once I've stopped burning tobacco.

Hope I don't jinx meself in sayin' this but I feel worlds better just now. My lady is still laid low though.

Hitt, the bottle of SLM has been at the back of the cabinet for some time.
Now that I've got these drippers rockin so well I do need to get it out again!
Another plus to vaping unflavored. Sick or well it pretty much tastes the same (-:

Glad you're feeling better OTD, but make sure you really are ready to go back to work.

We have a snow day tomorrow, and had a snow half day today. Take two unexpected inches of snow (send what little infrastructure we have for dealing with snow to the southern part of the state where the snow was predicted), then at the height of the snowfall close everything down, cancel all schools and university classes, send everyone home at once, and watch gridlock happen.

I am so glad that i live in walking distance from work. it's a long walk, but was better than driving.

    I recomember as a kid living for snow days. Kids can be sooo stoopid (-;

    I can't but agree with ya'll.
Especially seein' as how I got a text from my boss sayin' the same thing. "Everythings under control here, take all the time you need."
He's a good fella to work for. So good in fact I'm gonna take tomorrow off as well just to keep him happy (-:

Just back from taking the missus to her doctor.
Flu confirmed, we pretty well knew that, nothing else lurking like pneumonia and such, we were glad to hear that, and we left with a note to her employer saying she's not allowed back to work until next Monday. Wife's very happy with that!
