Another dreary day again! Read to go to my league this morning, so that should brighten the day a bit.

The news may not have been wrong- i know skates would have worked yesterday morning. But the roads will be clear by this afternoon. Much of the half inch of ice on my street was melted by the sun yesterday. The remaining icy patches should be gone shortly after it gets above freezing.

Made me think of the time as a kid in Detroit, when i ice skated to school. Some places don't cancel school when the side streets are ice covered. I'm kinda glad they do here

Home now, sadly Ms. PT will be spending the night in Atlanta. Her flight out of Baton Rouge was delayed 3 hours and she wont make the connection. She did say the roads are fine now.
