Sorry to hear you slept poorly Hitt, taints the rest of the morning when that happens. But with that BRIGHT good morn from Fran you should at least be awake now!
I on the other hand slept entirely too well. The proverbial log.
I usually open the eyeballs, often aided by wake-up kitties, before my alarm goes off. Radio with buzzer. Volume turned UP.
I didn't awaken this morning before the thing went off and when it did I literally jumped out of bed, scared the be-hoohoos outta mesef, the missus and the kitties (-:

My oldest daughter leaves today for a school trip to St. Louis that I mentioned before. It's gonna be weird not having her around for a few days. They are supposed to get back Saturday evening.

They left this morning. It's about a 4 hour drive and then they are supposed to be back late Saturday.

Do you think about em' constantly while they're gone?
I did the first few multiple day outings that my son went on. Then I went on three trips as a chaperone.
I found it was a whole lot easier to sit at home and ponder rather than be on the scene dealing with.... (-:
