Had to do a doubletake Mk - thought you'd posted my husbands snacks for this afternoon.
I have to say that's my idea of a healthy menu...but I would just skip breakfast!
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest.

I posted one like this in my Women's Group flyer. I loved it!
But since the majority are hispanic of one type or another I added:
Simple friend are careful not to speak to each other in Spanish.
Real friends just translate as they go. (sometimes it's so spontaneous..that stopping to speak in English would ruin it.)

I figured out why I'm fat! The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says "for extra volume and body". I'm going to start using "Dawn" dish soap. It says "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove". Re-post if you have the same issue !!

Ah Fudgey, that's so awsome. I had so many friends in San Diego that I had so many good times with. Then I moved 40 miles north of them, and I miss them all so much. I made a New Year's resolution to be more social, and I need to re-focus on that.
My sister in law in Utah was taking her grandson to her day care center,,he asked he what the next Holiday was? She said St. Patricks Day. He piped up nice and loud and with glee said Great, I love Patrick! Can Spongebob have a day too? for those of outside the preschool loop Patrick the starfish is spongebob's bestest friend.
I used this line at work today !!! (Ya got a great laugh MK !!!!)
THE TRICK IS TO FIND THE MAN IN THE COFFEE BEANS:
This is bizarre - after you find the guy - it's so
obvious.
Doctors have concluded that if you find the man in the
coffee beans in 3 seconds, the right half of
your brain is better developed than most people.
If you find the man between 3 seconds and 1
minute, the right half of the brain is developed
normally.
If you find the man between 1 minute
and 3 minutes, then the right half of your brain
is functioning slowly and you need to eat more
protein.
If you have not found the man after 3
minutes, the advice is to look for more of this
type of exercise to make that part of the brain
stronger! And yes, the man is really
there!
